Arturo Najera Mexican-American Scholarship (Spanish Majors)

This endowed scholarship is available to students of junior standing, majoring in Spanish, who have a cumulative Grade Point Average of 3.0 or higher and a Grade Point Average of 3.0 or higher in Spanish. Applicants must have completed one 300-level course in literature. Applicants must also demonstrate a history of community service and a willingness to work for the Northeastern Illinois University. Transfer students must have completed three or more completed semesters at NEIU to be considered. Preference will be given to a native of Mexico or an individual of Mexican descent.
