The Cannon-Herskovic Israel Research Scholarship (Applicants MUST be University Honors Thesis OR Masters Thesis Students)

Eligibility requirements: The Cannon-Herskovic Israel Research Scholarship provides support for student thesis research conducted at NEIU in research areas of relevance to the State of Israel. To be eligible, students must be enrolled in thesis research hours in the term of the scholarship, either as undergraduate students in any major in the Honors program or as graduate students who are engaged in work toward the completion of a Master’s thesis. The Scholarship is intended to create shared intellectual opportunities between Northeastern Illinois University and the State of Israel’s academic, cultural, scientific, security, and medical communities. Preference will be given to research endeavors that promote exchanges in research between NEIU and Israeli institutions. Research proposals that involve interdisciplinary cooperation will be granted special consideration.
