Dr. Calixto C. Maso Spanish Scholarship

This endowed scholarship is available to Northeastern Illinois University students at the junior or senior level, or to transfer students with two or more completed semesters at NEIU. Applicants must be enrolled full-time and must have declared a major in Spanish. Applicants must have a cumulative Grade Point Average of 2.5 or higher and a Spanish Grade Point Average of 3.25 or higher. Preference will be given to Hispanic students. In addition, applicants must submit an essay and two letters of recommendation that emphasize the student’s talent in relation to education and career goals.
