Bernard and Ethel Rattner Memorial Scholarship (Open to any major)

This endowed scholarship is available to all Northeastern Illinois Unviersity undergraduate students who have achieved a cumulative Grade Point Average of 3.0 or higher and who have demonstrated financial need.
