Dr. Calixto C. Maso Emergency Fund

This endowed fund is available to Northeastern Illinois University students enrolled full-time and in good academic standing, who have demonstrated financial need. This fund identifies financial need as an unforeseen financial situation that occurs after the start of the semester which hinders a student’s ability to pay tuition or purchase books. Preference will be given to Latinx students. Completion of the FAFSA or the RISE Act Application is required in order to determine financial need for this scholarship.

The total award amount of $2,750 may be split between 2 recipients for the fall semester.
